    These ladder drills will help to improve your agility, balance, coordination, and flexibility. The key to these drills is to slow down each drill to understand the movement. Then you can pick up the speed once you have mastered the drill. Make sure to always push off the ball of your foot. You never want to be flat-footed while preforming the drills because your spring comes from the ball of your foot.
